Ensuring the strength, reliability and safety of structures requires studying issues ine-lastic deformation zones occurrence development which result from equilibrium accumula-tion damages. Material postcritical characterized by a decrease in stress level during growing deformations is one damages accumulation effects. Application theory basic provisions to carry out refined strength analysis with additional reserves identification expedient.
